About Gregory Hatcher

Gregory Hatcher is Chief of Staff and External Affairs at the Colorado Schools Fund, where he leads statewide education policy and partnerships and supports the organization’s strategy and growth. He brings extensive experience in education, public affairs, community engagement, and coalition building in Colorado and nationally.

Prior to joining the Colorado Schools Fund, Gregory spent six years as Vice President of Partnerships at Murmuration, leading the organization’s national partnership strategy. He previously served as Chief External Affairs Officer at STRIVE Prep, now Rocky Mountain Prep, and spent five years with Denver Public Schools leading public affairs, government relations, and regional community engagement.

Gregory also serves in national and statewide education leadership roles, including as Board President of School Board Partners and an officer of the Institute for Educational Leadership. He is a founding board member of CLCS Action and the Give for the Future Fund.
